That’s where Steven heard about it. I was hoping to skip listening to the whole show again. LoL
This slid through with little public participation. The city has decided that 5 chickens per property is an appropriate number. The one article I found in reference to it cited loose chickens and noise complaints as the main catalyst for the change. Not sure what they will actually do to enforce this.
